What does shipping cost?

Free on orders over $100 — otherwise a flat $10. Return shipping is always free, every order includes a prepaid label. In NYC, same-day delivery and pickup available.

What if something gets damaged?

Normal wear and tear is completely covered — no damage fees. If something arrives broken, reach out and we'll make it right.

How far ahead should I book?

At least 3 weeks before your event. Popular palettes and dates go fast, especially May through October.

Do I need to arrange anything myself?

Nope. Every arrangement arrives fully styled and ready to set out. Just unbox, place, and enjoy.
