How does the rental period work?
All rentals are for a 5-day period. Your order arrives 3 days before your event, giving you plenty of time to set up at your own pace. Return everything the day after using the prepaid label included with every order.
How far ahead should I book?
At least 3 weeks before your event. Popular palettes and dates go fast, especially during peak season (May through October). The earlier you book, the better your selection.
What if something gets damaged?
Normal wear and tear from event use is completely covered — no damage fees. If something arrives broken or isn't right, reach out and we'll make it right.
Can I keep the arrangements instead of returning them?
Yes! If you fall in love with your florals, you can purchase them to keep. Just let us know after your event and we'll send you a purchase link.
Can I extend my rental?
Absolutely. Just reach out before your return date and we'll work it out. Additional days are charged at 20% of the rental price per day.
Shipping & Delivery
What does shipping cost?
Free shipping on orders over $100. For orders under $100, it's a flat $10. Return shipping is always free — every order includes a prepaid label.
When will my order arrive?
Your rental ships 3 business days before your event date. You'll receive tracking info as soon as it's on the way.
Do you offer same-day delivery?
In NYC, yes — same-day delivery and pickup are available. For everywhere else, standard shipping arrives 3 days before your event.
Where do you ship?
Nationwide within the continental United States.
How do I return everything?
Repack the arrangements in the same boxes they arrived in. Attach the prepaid return label and schedule a UPS pickup or drop off at any UPS location. In NYC, we can pick up directly.
Products & Styling
Are these real or artificial flowers?
All of our arrangements use premium faux florals — designed to look and feel remarkably lifelike, without the wilting, allergies, or waste of fresh flowers. Most guests can't tell the difference, even after touching them!
Do I need to arrange the flowers myself?
Not at all. Every arrangement arrives fully styled and ready to set out — just unbox and place. No arranging, no fussing, no florist needed.
What's included in the rental?
Each arrangement comes with the vessel (white or gold), fully styled florals, and a prepaid return label. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Can I mix palettes?
